Versamatic’s 1″ (25mm) bolted metal high-pressure air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump provides enhanced power in specialty applications where pressure is paramount and flow rate is critical, including filter press feeds, mine dewatering and slurry transfer. When your application requires additional discharge pressure, you’ll require more than a standard AODD pump.
Using two air chambers to create additional pressure, the 1″ bolted metal high-pressure diaphragm pump achieves discharge pressure up to 232 psi (16 bar) with flow rates as high as 33 gpm (125 lpm). The full-flow design incorporates an additional air chamber to deliver higher flow rates with less pulsation, so there’s less wear on pipes and fittings. Additionally, this AODD pump can start at zero head pressure with no damage to diaphragms and no need for a separate fill pump.
The 1″ bolted metal high-pressure AODD pump is available in either aluminum or stainless steel and uses a non-stalling, non-icing air valve system, which eliminates costly air leakage.
