Repairs can often be made on the same day you request them (depending on availability of parts and spares), reducing your downtime to an absolute minimum. Our service engineers endeavour to be on site within an hour of your first enquiry.
7 DAY/24 HOUR AFTER-SALES SERVICE
We provide a 7 day, 24 hour after sales service if you have a breakdown or require technical information or spare parts. We have a large stock on hand of pumps, parts and mechanical seals.
Design
We can provide assistance in selecting an existing pump product based on your given requirements, or start from scratch. We also provide recommendations on installation and control equipment required.
Pump Sales
We carry new and second-hand pumps for all applications, as well as the facilities to build complete (turn key) pump-sets to your requirements. We also supply associated equipment such as filters, valves, and electrical control equipment.
Repairs
Our qualified service engineers can service any pump. If spare parts are no longer available for your pump, we can manufacture or modify certain components to keep your pump in service.
Fault finding / Testing
Our workshop features a pump test well and the latest in diagnostic equipment. We can even undertake performance tests on your pump and take flow readings onsite.
Maintenance/ installation
You can contract us for individual tasks as required, or to set up and run a whole plant preventative maintenance programme – just talk to us about your requirements.
Filtration systems
We provide and install filters of any kind, whether they’re needed to protect your pump or improve the quality of your drinking water.
Water Treatment
We can provide UV sterilisation units as well as complete dosing systems for any system – from the household up to swimming pools and even waste treatment plants.
Mechanical Seals
We support our customers and products by carrying a large range of mechanical shaft seals in stock. We also have facilities to modify existing sealing systems.
Spare Parts
Hall Machinery not only provide pumps and pumping systems, we also carry spares parts in stock or can access parts for most brands through our vast supplier network.
